He’s Able!

The melody and words constantly going through my head, ” God is able to do just what He said He would do. He’s gonna fulfill every promise to you. Don’t give up on God, cause He won’t give up on you.”

With so many things happening and life continuously hitting us from every angle; it’s easy to feel like there’s no hope. This bill needs to be paid, that loan keeps taunting you… The road to your career is extremely difficult, your heart is overwhelmed with daily stress… Sometimes you just feel like “Why?”, “I Don’t Know Anymore”, “I Quit”. These are real feelings!

Through it all, God is a comforter. If it hurts too bad, lean on Him. If it is just way too much to handle, hand it over. You honestly just don’t understand it, You just don’t know anymore… Let Him take care of it. He is able to shift it!

He said, “weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.” Cry it out… Release the weight. Cast your cares on Him.

I’m not speaking cliches, I’m telling you what I know for myself. I know that He is able! Through some of the roughest times of my life… He’s been my shoulder, my shelter, and my provider. Through feeling like I wasn’t good enough, pretty enough or well equipped to be in this world or accomplish anything; God has been my strength. Through Him, I have confidence, I experience real love, and I have genuine peace.

There is no greater feeling than finally being able to have TRUE HAPPINESS! I am truly grateful for God always being in the midst of every era of my life.

Whoever you are, wherever you are… It doesn’t matter what you are facing or dealing with. God is STILL able to use you! Don’t count yourself out! Don’t give up on God… He hasn’t given up on you.

Ephesians 3:20 “Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think”

New Shoes

I’m going to leave these old shoes alone, cause they just don’t fit into this walk that I’m preparing for. The walk of abundance, confidence, peace and healing. It’s time for me to say bye bye to the kiddie shoes and slide right into my woman on a mission shoes. I have goals to reach and doors to kick down and these old shoes just will not do. The feeling of their tightness; held me into captivity… But these NEW SHOES.. These new shoes step in freedom. They step in boldness for the Lord. Their mission is to get rid of the enemy and STOMP HIM OUT! His schemes have gone on for too long…. These new shoes will help me stand strong. So don’t get in my way or try to stop me… Cause in my New Shoes, I’m strutting towards my destiny.

A lot of times we push away the best that God has for us, because it’s not what we’re used to. But, old ways won’t create a new life. I know it’s hard to part ways with what we love so so much, but it’s killing us slowly.. It has no fruit for your life. Your spirit is malnourished, because it isn’t getting the nutrients it NEEDS. We have to learn to push our wants aside aka our flesh, and realize that we are in NEED! Ladies, it’s time to say bye bye to those old worn out heels, and put on the new ones. You have a destiny to fulfill, and a life to live!

2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”
